74. Betrayal

Iiro chuckles and comes back to the living room. He hears angry thuds from the door. Geez, Ilari got mad. He seldom saw big bro so angry anymore. Looks like he has serious hots for Venla. Really? This shouldn't have been so serious.

- Was that Ilari? Venla says and tries to look to door but not seeing anyone.

 – Yeah. Too busy to come inside. He had something else to do.

- Really? Venla looks surprised, even dissapointed. Iiro sits next to her. 

- So…? 

- Want me to beat you again? Venla grins.

 - I'd rather do this, Iiro says, leans in and kisses Venla. It's a soft, testing touch. Venla parts her lips, lets him deepen it. 

- So you do warm up to me after all, Iiro smiles against Venla’s lips. Venla frowns, pushes him back. 

- I said no sex. 

- Since when kissing is equal to sex. Iiro laughs. - It was just a kiss. 

- I thought we agreed on gaming. 

– We did, Iiro nods. 

– I don’t want to play games in real life. Venla says 

– What If I'm done with playing? 

– I should trust that? 

– Nah. Try and find out. Just saying. 

Venla looks into his eyes. Oh. Damn those puppy eyes. 

They continue to play, take couple of matches and Iiro let’s Venla relax again. Venla's phone start to ring and Iiro grabs it and puts it on mute while she is in bathroom. Quick look to screen shows his brother's name.

- Oh bro. No You don't, he mutters under his breath. – Good try, but no chance. Then he throws the phone to the couch and covers it with pillow. Venla will eventually find it, but not too soon. 

Vittu saatana Iiro! This was new low even in his brother’s standards. He has bad habit to do these kinds of manouvres but never, never ever to his brother. 

 Ilari kept trying to call Venla but got no answer. He walks around his flat like tiger in his cage and then sits onto floor. Lucky whines little and tries to help not knowing why his master is so upset. Uncertainty rips Ilari apart. He knows his brother all too well and Iiro is damn good to get what he wants.

– Get a grip man, he says aloud and tries to stabilize himself. – Trust her. You need to trust her.
