S2 86. Comics & Old Friend

 - Long time no see! Iiro smiles seeing face he haven't seen for years.

- It's been too long! Ilja smiles back. - Been ages when I has been in comic festival too.
- Yeah, me too.

- So, is it still ok to crash at your place till I find my own place? Ilja wants to make sure.
- Yeah, told you so. Have you already found a workroom in Helsinki?
- Not yet. I was kinda pulled out to little tour with one band when their guitarist couldn't make it. It was fun but distracted from real life things for a while.
- Cool. So was it enough or are you going to concentrate on playing guitar for now?
- Tour life was fun for a time but it's back to drawing board now. Gotta eat and pay bills.
- Ha ha, you're right!
- You look so different nowadays, Ilja notices.
– You mean the hair? Iiro says.
– Yeah.
– Well, much easier, you don’t need shampoo and it’s never wrong.
– Ha, right. Ilja chuckles.
– No really. I just didn’t feel like same person after that, Iiro explains. They both know he refers to his sickness. – The pretty boy with long hair kinda died. I’m still trying to figure what to do with my life. Apparently I won’t die after all.

Ilja nods, plays absentmindedly his guitar.
– Life goes on, he says.
– Yeah. I’m starting slowly to get it.
- Mi casa es su casa, Iiro gestures. – I have a date so I won’t be coming back till tomorrow.
– You haven’t changed, Ilja laughs.
– But I have, Iiro protests. – Steady GF. No others.
Ilja raises his brows.
– Really?
– Really. Trying to act my age here.
Ilja stares at Iiro and his face twitches. – Geez. You have changed. Talking about age here…
- We are almost 30.
– Don’t mention it, he scoffs. – You make me feel old now.
